Ageism

When it comes to old age employment,ther is a slight difference,especially when jobs are tight.With a of workers over 65 years in work place,discrimination in workplace increases.Company usually cut costs by replacing top older workers with younger,cheaper employees.This form of ageism has come to be referred to as economic ageism.It appereared that seniors are undervalued and unfairly discriminated in workplace.Employees and employers must face the challenges of clashes in work ethics between generations.
